We recommend using one of the following description approaches when submitting a ticket.

Approach 1.

"When I... (insert your detailed description), this is happening.  However I was expecting... (insert detailed description of what you were expecting) to happen"

Approach 2.

"I am trying to (insert detailed description) on this page (insert the url) but it is not working."
