Subscription Calculation
For Owners and Property Managers
How we calculate subscription fees
Subscriptions can be either monthly or yearly.
For our calculations:
- One year is 365.25 days
- One month it 30.4375 days (Note: we have averaged the duration of all months)
Subscription Top-ups
When you increase the subscription we calculate the number of days until your 'Subscription Renewal Date'. We then calculate the daily cost of the subscription and multiply it by the number of properties.
Note the prices used below may not be the same as current pricing as shown on our website, the website will always show the current pricing.
Example 1 - Annual Subscription
Plan: Plus (Landlords +)
Billing term: Yearly
Price / Month / Property: $9.00
Subscription renews in 250 days
Top-up properties: 4
$9/30.4375 = 0.29568788 cents/day
Monthly subscription cost divided by the number of days in a month equals the subscription cost per day per property.
250 x 0.29568788 x 4 = $295.69
Days until subscription renewal multiplied by the subscription cost per day multiplied by the number of top-up properties equals total cost for the top-up.
Example 1 - Monthly Subscription
Plan: Plus (Landlords +)
Billing term: Monthly
Price / Month / Property: $11.00
Subscription renews in 17 days
Top-up properties: 4
$11/30.4375 = 0.361396 cents/day
Monthly subscription cost divided by the number of days in a month equals the subscription cost per day per property.
17 x 0.361396 x 4 = $24.57
Days until the subscription renewal multiplied by the subscription cost per day multiplied by the number of top-up properties equals total cost for the top-up.
Note: We round the costs shown on the website and invoices to two decimal points.
