Method 1 - For: Owners, Property Managers

To Add

1. Click Properties Grid in the left menu

3. Click the first empty white tile in the carousel with the words 'Click to add Property'.

To Edit

1. Click Properties in the left menu
2. Scroll the carousel to find the desired property, then click the 'Edit Property' button on the lower right of the property image/tile.

To Delete/Archive a property

1. Click Properties in the left menu
2. Scroll the carousel to find the desired property, then click the 'Edit Property' button on the lower right of the property image/tile.
3. Go to the Property Info tab

5. Click the box 'Archive/hide this property'.  Note we do not delete properties from the database, the archive features achieves a similar outcome.

7. The 'Show archive properties in the 'Settings' should be left unchecked to hide/archive the properties you no longer wish to see in lists etc.

To Unhide/Unarchive

1. To view and unarchive a property uncheck the checkbox  'Show archive properties in the 'Settings'.  Archived properties will only be visible for approximately 5 minutes.

Method 2 - For: Owners, Property Managers

To Edit

1. Click 'Property List' view from left menu

3. Locate the property (Use Filters at top of page if needed) and then click the Edit icon on the upper right side of the property image.
   
   
4. 
   
   
5. Click the tabs to edit the property details.
   

APP

For: Owners, Property Managers, Tenants, Contractors, Flat Managers

To Add

1. Click the 'Property' menu at the bottom.
2. Click the FAB 'Floating Action Button' and add the property.

To Edit

1. Click on the property image.
2. Then click 'Edit'.

To Delete/Archive a property

1. Properties cannot be deleted in the App, refer above WEB section.
